Xtremepush included in Forrester’s Real-Time Interaction Management (RTIM) report

Forrester, a leading global research and advisory firm, included Xtremepush among other vendors that reported that clients selected them for the use cases of customer focussed decisioning, understanding the customer journey, and providing customer first business solutions.

When delivering effective real-time interactions, it’s imperative that companies recognise and understand what it actually means in the context of the end user, determine the parameters on how to deliver the best possible experience, and optimise for the most positive outcomes.

Forrester has defined RTIM as: “Enterprise marketing technology that delivers contextually relevant experiences, value, and utility at the appropriate moment in the customer lifecycle via preferred customer touchpoints.”

Forrester also stated that in order to deliver successful RTIM implementations, they require enterprise investments to integrate five core capabilities that enable cross-functional CX for both digital and human-assisted touchpoints: customer recognition, contextual understanding, next-best-experience (NBX) decision arbitration, experience orchestration, and continuous optimisation.

The evaluation of RTIM solutions has been based on the vendor’s business value and market maturity. Marketing executives implement RTIM offerings to:

  • Recognise and understand real-time customer context.
  • Determine and orchestrate the next best experience.
  • Continuously optimise customer outcomes and business results.
