New Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual focused on new business to join our

expanding sales team. Based in our Dublin office the role has a strong entrepreneurial requirement and will suit an individual who has drive and ambition and is familiar with solution selling.

Role Responsibilities:

  • – Primary responsibility will be to drive new business sales
  • – Acquire, negotiate with and close new business
  • – Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle
  • – Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales figures on a weekly basis
  • – Preparation and delivery of presentations and solution proposals
  • – Represent Xtremepush at key industry events

Key Requirements:

  • – 3 to 5 years new business sales, with at least 3 years’ experience in a Martech environment.
  • – A clear and demonstrable track record of achieving/exceeding the target.
  • – Consultative / Solution selling approach
  • – Negotiation skills
  • – Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • – Start-up/scale-up mentality

    • – Competitive base salary and commission structure (OTE 65K+)

New Business Development Manager

Location: New York, United States

About the role

The VP of Sales – North America position is a key leadership role responsible for maximizing Xtremepush revenues and presence within North America.  Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have full responsibility for sales and people within North America. With a new office recently opened in New York, Xtremepush is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record within sales and has an established network within the region. Role Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities:

    • – Quota holding Direct Sales experience with full Software Lifecycle management experience of selling SaaS Solutions
    • – A successful background selling SaaS Software – preferably within Sports Betting and Gaming or E-Commerce/Retail space
    • – Understand business opportunities from country-specific insights and develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • – Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
    • – Sales targets (i.e. achievement, planning, forecasting . Etc.)
    • – Continually monitor and track accounts sales performance driving pipeline coverage
    • – Manage Accounts’ C-Level relationship
    • – Hold and direct sales meetings with his\her sales team
    • – Overall go to market strategy to be always aligned whenever is needed
    • – Monitor company sales internal process with all supporting departments (i.e. Delivery Team, pre-sales, Marketing & Product Management)
    • – Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
    • – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
    • – Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • – Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs in collaboration with the pre-sales and delivery teams
    • – Ensure the office’s operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives, and policies
    • – Ensure the organization follows local laws and regulations, liaising with management at the head office and providing reports on activities, ensuring proper financial controls are in place
    • – Hire and develop new staff

Key Requirements:

    • – 10 Years plus proven sales capabilities
    • – Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, modelling and strategy
    • – Strong knowledge in Sales Planning
    • – Extensive people management
    • – Solid experience selling into the E-Commerce or Sports Betting and Gaming Industries
    • – Strong existing network within Sports Betting & Gaming or Ecommerce sectors
    • – Solid Market Knowledge
    • – Solid relationship building knows how with C-Level
    • – Consultative Selling
