What we are looking for

A Partner/ Channel Sales Manager responsible for acquiring, activating, and growing a global ecosystem of Services, Sales, and Technology Partners, and building key relationships at a senior level to increase visibility within key partners. This is very much a new business role and, although a number of relationships do exist, it is likely to be very much a standing start and an opportunity to help develop our channel partner ecosystem.

Our ecosystem partners are increasingly integral to customer acquisition and retention, as well as to augmenting awareness of our capabilities in the marketplace. You’ll operate as the relationship owner and subject matter expert on Xtremepush’s existing Technology Partners, and will define and execute joint solution development and go-to-market initiatives. Over time, you will have the opportunity to identify, prioritise, and establish new types of technology partnerships that have the potential to accelerate Xtremepush’s growth.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate and manage strategic technology/product partnerships, channel opportunities, and alliances
  • – Build partner recruitment pipeline that is aligned to the agreed partner profile
  • – Support the direct sales team as appropriate to manage their sales cycle
  • – Meet, ideally exceed, revenue targets through new and existing partners.
  • – Work with each partner to define joint value proposition and develop go-to-market (“GTM”) plan, including:
  • – Defining mutually agreed outcomes, messaging and investment
  • – Secure partner commitment in areas ranging from product development, marketing, sales, and account management
  • – Develop & nurture relationships with executives and product managers at key partners that lead to longer-term opportunities
  • – Facilitate engagement between Xtremepush Sales and Account Management teams to properly leverage our partners for account access/introductions and expansion
  • – Collaborating with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop and execute Xtremepush’s GTM/marketing strategy
  • – Expand relationships and visibility within the existing partners by managing at all levels, from C-Level through to their sales and delivery teams

Who you are

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a background in Agile BA and experience with eCommerce.

You’ll show enthusiasm for technical challenges and the bravery to take risks with bold ideas. You will work with our Development & Engineering teams, other Product Managers and key business stakeholders to execute on our product roadmap, so excellent teamwork and communication skills are a must – you should feel comfortable communicating with our developers on how the product needs to be built along with the what and the why.

What you’ll do

  • – You will work within an a team delivering elements of the Xtremepush product roadmap

Who you are

  • – 3+ years experience in product management
  • – Worked in product management on a SaaS platform product 
  • – Ideally some background in eCommerce 
  • – Experience working with Jira and other product management tools
  • – Can actively participate in the Product Delivery community, sharing and re-applying knowledge so you can apply best practice to what you do

Role Responsibilities:

  • – Primary responsibility will be to drive new business sales
  • – Acquire, negotiate with and close new business
  • – Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle
