Graphic Designer – Internship (Paid)

Location: Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual on an intern basis, with the opportunity to become full time. This position is within our Design & Marketing team and will work directly with our Graphic Design lead. Xtremepush is a fast, growing tech start-up in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the experience of working in a fast-paced, hard-working, friendly and social environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create assets for the Sales & Marketing team including website, advertising campaigns, print and email templates
  • Creative input and management of videos – produced in-house and outsourced
  • Input creative ideas across the sales & marketing team materials and channels
  • Update existing design work whenever changes are requested, ensuring that the company high standards are met
  • Organize, file and maintain artworks and design
  • Convey ideas into actionable visual executions.
  • Participate in company meetings and provide updates on all projects in the pipeline
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure all requirements are met (eg printing material)
  • Manage and deliver various projects at the same time

Who would you work with

Graphic Design Lead – Collaborate in the design pipeline and to satisfy the design requests coming from all departments.

Marketing Manager – Oversees and executes our own marketing activities, you would assist with creative ideas and assets for all campaigns.

Business Development Managers – Assisting with creative assets required for sales docs including decks, proposals, and email templates.

Experience and Education

  • Preferred Education & Experience:
  • BA in Graphic Design or similar
  • A portfolio demonstrating your skills (candidates without a portfolio won’t be evaluated)
  • Demonstrated good skills in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design software
  • A positive attitude and interest in being part of something new

Strong Knowledge in:

  • Photoshop
  • InDesign
  • Illustrator
  • Acrobat
  • Premier
  • Adobe CC or similar

Skills required:

  • Attention to detail

QA Automation Engineer

Location: Towcester (UK) / Dublin (IRE) / Ukraine

Candidate Profile

You are a highly motivated professional with a quality-oriented mindset. You are passionate about testing, you understand the value of collaboration and soliciting opinions and approaches that may differ from yours and are ready to pick up and enhance existing automated and manual tests that cover functional and nonfunctional (e.g. performance, load, security) requirements.

Your passion for quality extends beyond scripting simple manual or automated tests. You have an eye for detail and can articulate your approach to non-technical stakeholders.

The QA Test Engineer will work in one of our development teams dedicated to our successful marketing cloud platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing manual/automated tests that cover functional and nonfunctional (e.g. performance, load, security) requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Champion QA by being an active agile team member
  • Develop, maintain and enhance test procedures
  • Work with other engineers to increase QA productivity and efficiency
  • Build and maintain test automation in line with agreed standards including associated documentation
  • Help the development team to develop software with a focus on a quality deliverable
  • Work closely with the Product manager and developers in refinement, estimation, planning, stands and retrospectives
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement to your team and the wider Xtremepush community

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in programming (preferably php, JavaScript, java, Objective C);
    HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Web services knowledge (eg. REST, SOAP)
  • Knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
  • Experience with test automation in the following settings: Web, Mobile, Web Services;
  • Experience with creating/maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Experience with an automation framework
  • Programming experience with test automation tools as JUnit, codeception etc.
  • Hands on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GoCD)
  • An understanding of exploratory testing and when to apply it
  • Experience with different types of application servers and web servers, installed on different OS
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Initiative, self- starting, flexible and a quick learner

Lead Generation Executive

As Xtremepush continues to grow, we are looking for an additional Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. We are seeking a proactive and sales driven individual on a permanent basis who will hit the ground running and enhance our sales activity. This junior position is within our B2B Sales team. The successful candidate will have experience in a sales role within in a fast-paced, hard-working, friendly and social environment. Excellent communication skills are important to this role. Job Description

  • Creating and maintaining the client database
  • Managing all new inquiries and follow-ups
  • Carry out proactive, outbound sales activity to generate new prospects and leads
  • Enter new leads and maintain records in the company CRM system
  • Generation and analysis of sales & CRM reporting
  • Arrange meetings/sales, demos online, on-site and at trade shows
  • Sales support administration
  • Account management of existing and new clients, including onboarding new clients
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of technical understanding and proficiency in all areas related to the assigned Software and Technology Services offerings
  • Drive and administer the sales pipeline and report progress on a weekly basis
  • Gather and report key market intelligence
  • Plan and arrange attendance at, and participation in, international conferences, trade shows and relevant business awards
  • Contribute to the company sales and marketing plan

  • Work with our marketing team to formulate effective campaigns to generate interest in Xtremepush solutions

Requirements

Support & Services Executive (UK)

Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 7LS

About the role

This role is part of the team responsible for providing our customers with a range of services and support, all of which are focussed on helping them achieve the very best results from their retention and automated multi-channel marketing programmes. The role focuses on platform support, user training and onboarding new clients, with secondary responsibilities as part of the services team to assist the Client Services Executives in various client projects and managing accounts if required.

Candidate profile

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a software support role
  • Preferably degree educated in a technical subject
  • Demonstrable experience in SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS
  • Proven experience in supporting users of software platforms to a reasonable technical level
  • Delivery of user training sessions
  • Online and face to face meetings
  • A relationship builder with strong customer facing skills

Job Description

  • Providing user support via telephone and email for our multi-channel engagement platform
  • Providing user training sessions for new clients
  • Managing the on-boarding process for new clients
  • Writing help articles and user documents
  • Testing new platform features and updates
  • Contributing to all aspects of the client services team, working with and supporting colleagues where required
  • Supporting the Business Development Managers with advice and assistance when needed

Typical days work

A typical day might involve:

  • Answering user support queries by telephone or email
  • Liaising with clients and internal staff to complete the onboarding process
  • Leading an online training session for a new user or on a specific platform functionality
  • Assisting in managed service work
  • Providing knowledge and advice in pre and post-sale meetings with clients
  • Attending account review meetings

Who would you work with?

Product Manager – A central resource with information to hand on all aspects of product functionality and product application. You would help with software testing and client feedback.

Technical Operations Manager – Responsible for the technical implementation of data-driven CRM based email marketing projects, managing software development and business technical operations

Business Development Managers – Finding and closing new business accounts, your assistance would be with discussing client needs to be included in contracts and providing pre-sales expertise.

Marketing Manager – Oversees and executes our own marketing activities, you would provide input for blog articles and case studies

Software Developers – Developing and enhancing features and functions within our platforms, your client-centric input will provide useful understanding of this.

About the Client Support and Services team

The Client Services team are the customer-facing side of Xtremepush. Our work involves supporting & training customers on our self-service Multi-Channel Experience and Engagement Marketing Platform and providing a managed service for clients who technical and strategy support. We also build custom projects for clients with specific needs not met by the out of the box software or those that need to integrate with a separate application.

Other roles include:

  • Provide pre/post sales support for the sales team
  • Work with Marketing to provide technical input into marketing collateral, blogs, white papers etc.
  • Work with the Product Manager to scope and feedback any platform issues and enhancements
  • Help specify new features and feedback bugs to the core development team
  • Provide training to users covering the use of the platform
