Xtremepush has announced details of its new integration with eCommerce platform Shopify, enabling brands to deliver hyper-personalised, right-time communications to their customers.
The seamless integration synchronises data between the two solutions, allowing brands to leverage Shopify data in order to create detailed audience segments and trigger real-time, multichannel campaigns based on customer behaviour and activity.
In particular, the integration facilitates highly valuable out-of-the-box use cases like the automated recovery of abandoned checkouts. It’s widely accepted that approximately 79% of all shopping carts are abandoned at the checkout stage. The combined Shopify and Xtremepush solution will help brands to recover a higher portion of these sales and drive additional revenue. Customer data from Shopify can also be utilised to personalise communications based on lifetime value, last purchase, website browsing behaviour, and so on.
One of the core benefits of this integration for Xtremepush and Shopify clients is the ability to execute these data-driven use cases without the need for developer assistance. The integration also opens up several new customer engagement channels for brands using the Shopify solution.
