Xtremepush is delighted to announce the acquisition of UK agency Alchemetrics, a dynamic brand with over 20 years’ experience developing bespoke Customer Data Platforms.
The deal allows Xtremepush to enhance our customer engagement, personalisation and data platform in several key areas, most notably cross-channel customer identification and next-best-action decisioning. It’s another significant forward step towards our goal of creating the world’s most comprehensive platform for understanding, engagement and decisioning.
Alchemetrics operates out of its UK bases in London and Reading. It also has a team of developers in Vilnius, Lithuania, one of Europe’s most innovative tech hubs. All existing Alchemetrics staff have been retained and have blended in seamlessly with the Xtremepush team thanks to a shared customer-centricity and passion for great software solutions.
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) have become the latest martech “must-have”, allowing companies to unify data sources from across the entire organisation. This affords them a holistic understanding of their customers, enabling more personalised engagement and easing the burden of servicing Subject Access Requests.
From a product perspective, the Xtremepush platform has already benefited hugely from Alchemetrics’ specific expertise, with recent enhancements to our Single Customer View functionality being well received by our clients. There are several other major updates in development right now, with further details to be released over the coming months.
Both companies already share a number of high-profile clients, including McDonalds, Benugo, William Grant & Sons, Puttshack and ICSA (the UK’s governance institute).
